On The Hill: Immaculate wind-loaded snow in Double Barrel and Way Out chutes (video)

On The Hill is brought to you by The Steadman Clinic and the Steadman Philippon Research Institute.

VIDEO: The wind at Breckenridge can be a blessing and a curse: Sometimes it scours the terrain until it’s almost bare, other times it takes all that scoured snow and loads it into pockets of nothing but powder. Double Barrel and Way Out chutes in Breckenridge are two of those locations, and after a weekend of wind and snow they’re immaculate.
