Copper Mountain official report: 1” of snow reported at 5 a.m., an additional 1-2” inches expected during the day

Weather: Around 14 degrees expected light snow during the day.

Liftline status: Minimal line at 8:30 a.m.

Run of the day: Grand Prix course at Copper

Breakdown: Copper is reporting 21 lifts open on 1505.3 acres, with new terrain expected to open during the week

Snowcast: NOAA is calling for a 50 percent chance of snow. Cloudy, with a high near 15. Wind chill values as low as -7. Blustery, with a west northwest wind 13 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph. Total daytime snow accumulation of around an inch possible.
