VIDEO: Well, ZGriff is an East Coast Kid and with the right amount of Dunkin in his system he can befriend almost anyone including the Christmas break college kid. We thought we’d talk to the person on the chair next to us and it led to our interaction with Tyler from Louisiana. It was his fifth day snowboarding and you could tell he was genuinely excited. His years spent on a skateboard and wakeboard transitioned to the snow quickly.

Summit Daily field report: It has been snowing a little bit all night and into early this morning. I probably dusted an 1.5 off the car in town and there was 2-3 in Blue River.
Weather: High 17, low 0.
Lift lines: There are people in town for the weekend and college break along with international visitors.
Breakdown: Snow fell in the state and County and Breckenridge reported 6 degrees in 48 hours.
