The 34th annual Solomon Run the Rockies Half-marathon/Ten Mile Creek 10k cruises from Copper Mountain to Frisco Saturday morning.

The race, which may seem obvious to some, is basically 75 percent downhill, as participants run on the county recpath along Ten Mile Creek.

The start of the race is near the Conoco station just off the interstate at Copper, then runners finish up on Main Street Frisco.

Registration is still available for the run. The 10k is $25 and the half-marathon is $35. Those looking to register can do so at Pioneer Sports in Frisco until 1 p.m. today. Otherwise late registration (with a $5 fee) is available at the Frisco Recreation Building from 6:45-8 a.m. on Saturday.
