Summit Daily NFL Picks: Week 7

Welcome to our little science experiment. Throughout this season we are printing weekly NFL picks, against the spread, from sports editor Devon O’Neil, weekend editor Duffy Hayes and managing editor Ryan Slabaugh. All three think they know something about football. Our experiment’s fourth contestant is the copy editor team of Elusia Andrus and Leslie Brefeld, a pair of girls who do not claim to know a thing about the NFL. Now six weeks in, Hayes claws back to .500 as the girls remain the only team with a winning record. Neither rhyme nor reason is evident here.Last week:Girls: 9-5 (46-42 overall)Hayes: 8-6 (44-44 overall)O’Neil: 6-8 (41-47 overall)Slabaugh: 4-10 (40-48 overall)This week:Pittsburgh at Cincinnati (-1)Steelers: O’Neil Bengals: Slabaugh, Andrus/Brefeld, HayesSan Diego at Philadelphia (-4)Chargers: Slabaugh, HayesEagles: O’Neil, Andrus/BrefeldDenver at N.Y.
