Summit High School’s Dylan Mitchell, who represented the Tigers at the Colorado State Tournament this fall, knocked a 6-iron into the cup from 157 yards on the par-3 eighth hole of McCormick Ranch Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz., for his first-ever hole-in-one.

Mitchell, a sophomore at SHS, was playing in the Golfweek Junior Tour’s Tournament of Champions on Dec. 19 when he recorded the shot.

He finished the tournament in 18th place after shooting a pair of 89s.
