Members of the U.S. Freestyle Team will be at the Breckenridge Recreation Center on Tuesday, taking part in a pair of the center’s classes. Various national team athletes – including Heather McPhie, Sho Kashima, Nick Keating, Joe Discoe and Jimmy Discoe – will participate in the drop-in Indoor Cycling and Body Pump sessions.

After each class, the athletes will meet and greet class participants, offer workout tips and answer questions about their sport and training regimens.

Guests and members are welcome to participate in either of these drop-in fitness classes, included with membership or for the daily admission fee of $10 for adults. These classes are drop-in only and spots are limited, so early arrival is highly encouraged.

The Breckenridge Recreation Center offers a full drop-in fitness schedule of approximately 40 classes per week in a variety of disciplines, from Yoga and Pilates to Cycling, Body Pump and Zumba. All drop-in fitness classes are included with membership or admission and take place throughout the day. Session-based specialty fee classes, such a Winter Conditioning, are also available seasonally.
