Breckenridge to hold meeting for proposed major redevelopment near Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 8 base area

Breckenridge Town Council will host a special meeting Oct. 6 at 8:30 a.m for a major redevelopment project proposed near Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 8 base area.

The council plans to go over issues related to Parcel 4 for the East Peak Hotel Site related to the Breckenridge Grand Vacations development. Discussion will surround building size and programming, site layout, drainage and environmental impacts on Cucumber Gulch, Ski Hill Road traffic, and Renewable Energy Mitigation Program requirements. 

The meeting will be held at town hall and can be watched live via Zoom.
