Letter to the editor: The red flags I see regarding Dillon’s town core saga
Silverthorne
This should be a large red flag for the Dillon Town Council. It sounds like the developer is representing that he’s buying a property that’s clearly not for sale. You already went through this at the Uptown 240 project, which this developer holds the loan on, by the way. Hope someone is double fact checking this deal.
Full disclosure, I live in Silverthorne but have lived and worked in Dillon from time to time for several decades. And my property taxes are still paying off Benny Wu’s defaulted Eagles Nest bond from the early ’80s.
Just sayin’.
