Kat Ginn is the advertising director for Summit Daily News and Sky-Hi News. She joined the Sky-Hi News team in 2019 as a multimedia advertising consultant before advancing to the role of digital advertising manager for both publications and eventually becoming the advertising director in 2022. In her current position, Kat leads a team of multimedia advertising consultants and an ad operations team, collaborating with local businesses to provide comprehensive advertising solutions across print and digital platforms.
With a strong background in digital marketing, Kat is dedicated to helping clients achieve their marketing goals through strategic multi-tactic advertising. She works closely with the Summit Daily advertising team to create effective advertising solutions tailored for local businesses in Summit County.
Prior to her career at Summit Daily and Sky-Hi News, Kat ran her own private business specializing in web development and social media management, where she assisted local businesses in enhancing their online presence.
Originally from Northern California, Kat moved to Colorado in 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic design from Full Sail University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time by the lake with her dog, Sirius.
