Breckenridge resident Jason B. Kendrick released his newest book, “Facing the Devil in You: Shadow Work to Unleash Your Inner Superpower,” in partnership with Blue Boy Media on Tuesday, Sept. 9. The book is a guide to spiritual self-development that invites readers to confront their inner struggles.

Kendrick shares the transformative process of acknowledging, accepting, investigating and integrating the hidden parts of ourselves that secretly shape our lives. He grew up in a military family, traveling the world and struggling to feel at home. He then served in the military himself as an adult. He explored countless personal development and metaphysical healing practices, but only found solace in shadow and inner child work. Today, he teaches others how to confront their inner struggles and live with purpose and love.
