Colorado Avalanche Information Center forecaster to give a talk at Keystone Science School

A Colorado Avalanche Information Center forecaster will be holding a free avalanche awareness talk at the Keystone Science School on Tuesday, Jan. 28.

At the event, forecaster Andrew McWilliams will talk about avalanches in clear, jargon-free language that is tailored for a broad range of user groups, according to a news release. The event is the perfect starting point for anyone looking to avoid avalanche terrain or engage with it responsibly, the release states.

Doors for the event open at 5:30 p.m. It will be held at the Keystone Science School campus. The event is free with a suggested $15 donation. To RSVP for the event, visit KeystoneScienceSchool.org/events
