RMU Tavern is hosting a fundraising event Wednesday, Jan. 28, from 6-9 p.m. that will include a silent auction fundraiser and live music.
The event will benefit Dan Marshall and Alex Sandi, a local couple “currently facing significant medical challenges and mountain medical expenses,” according to friends Laurel Senay and Andrew Vossberg. Marshall has been in and out of the hospital for the past few months due to a previously undiagnosed medical condition, but although he recently received a diagnosis he hasn’t been able to work for months due to the situation, according to a GoFundMe created by Vossberg.
All donations or proceeds from the silent auction will directly benefit the couple for rent, utilities, medical bills and basic necessities. To donate, visit GoFundMe.com/f/support-dan-and-alex-through-this-tough-time.
For questions or more information, email Senay at laurel@mtnculture.com or visit the GoFundMe link above.
