International Snow Sculpture Championships to welcome teams Ukraine and South Korea in 2026

Team Ukraine and Republic of Korea, or South Korea, will be the two newest teams joining the Toyota International Snow Sculpture Championship in Breckenridge, according to Breckenridge Tourism Office president Lucy Kay.

The two will join teams Argentina, Germany, Finland, India, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Mongolia, Breckenridge and Vermont for the competition slated to kick off late January. Sculpting week for the teams starts Saturday, Jan. 24 with viewing week starting Wednesday, Jan. 28. During Kay’s update to Breckenridge Town Council during an Oct. 28 meeting, she said her team is already in the full swing of planning the event.
