Jersey Mike’s plans to open in Silverthorne this week with fundraiser for local food bank

Jersey Mike’s Subs will open at 354 Blue River Parkway in Silverthorne on Wednesday, Dec. 17.

Franchise owners Justin and Cierra Vink will hold a grand opening and fundraiser from Dec. 17-21 to support the Family Intercultural Resource Center.

Customers who receive a special fundraising coupon distributed prior to the opening can make a minimum $2 contribution to Family Intercultural Resource Center in exchange for a regular sub. 



“We are so excited to be part of this community, and in the Jersey Mike’s spirit we will do everything we can to support it,” said Justin Vink in a news release.

Guests can place orders in-store or for pickup through the website or through the Jersey Mike’s app. The restaurant’s hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week. The Silverthorne location can be contacted at 970-331-0090.
