Keystone announces vacancy on town council

Keystone Town Council member Valerie Thisted will be vacating her seat. The town is currently seeking applicants to fill the vacancy. Applications are due Oct. 6.

The term is set to expire in April 2026 before the next municipal election.

Applicants must be a registered voter in town of Keystone, have resided in the town for at least one year preceding appointment to council and be over 18 years old.



Interviews for the position will be held on the afternoon of Oct. 14.

Those interested should submit a letter of interest and qualifications to the town clerk by mail to 1828
