The Block Hotel & Commons to host free sexually transmitted infections testing Friday
The Block Hotel & Commons will be hosting free confidential sexually transmitted infections (STI) testing in partnership with Mile High Behavioral Health and Mountain Pride on Friday, Jan. 30 from 6 to 8 p.m.
There will be rapid tests onsite for HIV, syphilis and hepatitis C onsite. The tests involve a finger prick, and results are delivered nearly immediately. There will also be tests for chlamydia and gonorrhea using a urine or swab sample, and result for those will be delivered Monday.
There will be live music by Kellee Carlile from 6-9 p.m.
The Block is located at 491 Rainbow Drive in Silverthorne.
