Update 1:10 p.m.: A power outage affecting customers in the Frisco area has been resolved, according to the Xcel outage map.
Original story: A power outage Xcel Energy lists as “unplanned” on its website was affecting approximately 957 customers in and around Frisco as of 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13.
