All reader-submitted photos should be sent to share@summitdaily.com.
Swift and Summit Daily News shall provide a credit to Photographer to be displayed in connection with the Photo(s). Our publication shall have the right, but not the obligation, to use Photographer’s name, likeness and biographical data for any and all purposes in connection with the Photo(s) including, but not limited to, the publication, licensing, and any advertising and promotion of the Photo(s) or other works or services containing the Photo(s).
Except for the rights and licenses granted hereunder, no other license is granted, and Photographer shall retain all rights, title and interest (including all intellectual property and proprietary rights) in and to the Photo(s).
Photographer is the sole creator of the Photo(s); Photographer has the full power to enter into this Agreement and is the sole owner of all rights granted to Swift hereunder; no material in the Photo(s) violates any contract of Photographer’s, express or implied; Photographer has not previously assigned, pledged or otherwise encumbered the Photo(s).
