Q&A with Best Hot Tub Sales/Service winner Heavenly Times Hot Tubs & Billiards

Why do you think your business was voted the Best of Summit?
It really boils down to our employees. We have people that care, and it shows. Read our reviews, and you will see lots of different employees mentioned by name. We do what we say we are going to do when we say we are going to do it, which is rare these days. If we can’t do it, we will tell you up front so you will never be strung along with us.

Why is this recognition important to your business?
Recognition is very important to us as it shows that hard work and dedication do pay off.We have been a staple in Summit County for 24 years, and we are continually getting better. This is voted on by the community, and it feels great to know that the community also recognizes the hard work the entire staff puts out there every single day. With so many options to choose from, consumers need to know who is the best!

What sets your business apart?
Our customer service is top notch. Check out our reviews. We are not only in it for the sales. We take care of our customers before, during and after the sale. This is something that Michael, our owner, has instilled in all of us. This is a small community, and we want to be a cornerstone that people trust and employees want to work at.

What does customer service mean to you?
Caring about each and every customer. Helping them find the right item they are looking for, big or small. We want what’s right for you, and we are here throughout the entire process, especially after your purchase. We are here to solve problems if they arise so that customers are happy with their purchase.

How has your business overcome recent economic, supply chain or staffing challenges?
First and foremost, being honest and upfront. We underpromise and overdeliver. As far as staffing, it is this simple: Employees will never be just a number to us. We care for one another and are all on the same level no matter the title. We go overboard to keep our employees happy, and they in turn keep our customers happy.
