Breckenridge Grand Vacations raises money for nonprofits with annual event

Breckenridge Grand Vacations held its annual RAM Legacy in Action event on Thursday, June 12. The event, which honors the legacy of late owner/developer Rob Millisor, brings together over 230 volunteers who contributed more than 700 hours of service across 11 nonprofit organizations in Summit and Park counties, according to a news release.
Breckenridge Grand Vacations employees, partners, sponsors and Millisor family members supported local projects and nonprofits including Summit Habitat for Humanity, Family and Intercultural Resource Center, Summit Valley House Center and Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, among others.
“It’s a day of supporting and building community,” said Justine Zawatski, Breckenridge Grand Vacations’ philanthropy manager, in the news release. “It’s incredibly moving to see so many people come together to honor Rob’s legacy in such a hands-on, meaningful way.”
The event also raised more than $100,000 for the Rob Millisor Heart Health Fund, a fund held at the Summit Foundation that supports local nonprofits in providing critical services. Those who are inspired to continue Millisor’s legacy of giving can donate to the Rob Millisor Heart Health Fund or explore other ways to volunteer in the community at BGVGives.org.
