On Wednesday, April 10, Breckenridge Ski Resort announced the new Five Peaks Music Series that will be hosted alongside the annual Splash into Spring Pond Skim.

Events will take place Saturday, April 27, and Sunday, April 28, and will feature musical acts Ghostland Observatory, the Lil Smokies and Jayceeoh. The weekend will also feature events, activations and samplings from KONA Big Wave, Mountain Dew, Toyota and T-Mobile.

Saturday’s events will kick off at 10 a.m. on Peak 8 with the annual Splash into Spring Pond Skim, where skiers and riders can attempt to make their way across the icy pool of water. Prizes will be awarded for best overall skim, best costume and best splash. Registration is set to go live at 8 a.m. Saturday, April 13.

Following the pond skim Saturday, Ghostland Observatory kicks off the music lineup with a free on-snow concert at 2 p.m. On Sunday, Jayceeoh will perform at 11 a.m., and The Lil Smokies will take the stage at 2 p.m.

All events will take place at the base of Peak 8, with the concert stage and events located on the snow in between the Five SuperChair and Colorado SuperChair. All of the musical performances are free to attend.
