Frisco and The Cycle Effect to host new, family-friendly biking event

The town of Frisco and The Cycle Effect are set to debut a new family-friendly biking event on Saturday, June 14, at Slopeside Plaza.
Named “Pedal to the Plaza,” the event will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the open, outdoor area located between Slopeside Hall and the Frisco Adventure Park Day Lodge.
The family-friendly event will include a series of biking activities and games geared toward all ages and abilities. Specific bike events include a balance bike race for children 1-4 years old, a beginner women’s mountain bike clinic, a series of bike games and a trackstand competition.
Community members can also enjoy food trucks, a beer garden, live music and giveaways throughout the event.
