On Saturday, Aug. 9, Frisco will host the 2025 Run the Rockies Trail 5K, 10K and Half Marathon.
Set on the ever-scenic Frisco Peninsula, the series of races will challenge participants’ endurance and fitness while offering sweeping views of Dillon Reservoir. Once athletes have crossed over the the finish line located near the Frisco Nordic Center, athletes can enjoy post-race food and beer in a celebratory atmosphere.
After several years of only hosting 10K and half marathon races, Frisco has added a 5K to its schedule of events this year. The half marathon will be the first race to start at 7:30 a.m. with the 10K following at 7:45 a.m. and the 5K beginning at 8 a.m.
Registration is currently open and can be found at TownOfFrisco.com.
