Recentric Real Estate just closed on a portion of the 41,260-square-foot Summit Medical Office Building located at 360 Peak One Drive in Frisco.

Summit County government still owns the space on the west side fo the building, which houses county offices and programs. Recentric acted as a co-exclusive representative for the seller, Summit Medical Building, LLC in the transaction, which was acquired by CoreGro 360 Breckenridge, LLC. The closing occurred on Sept. 22.

The sale of a major portion of the three-story building, constructed in 2004, included a ground lease with Summit County government and cooperation with the existing commercial condo management association. The building is around 94% occupied, with a roster including healthcare and public service tenants including Colorado Cardiovascular Surgical Associates, Vail-Summit Orthopedics & Neurosurgery, Pediatric Dental Group of Colorado and Elevated Community Health and others.
