U.S. Ski and Snowboard has officially announced the 49 athletes that are being named to the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team for the 2025-26 season.
Retuning to the roster are some of the sport’s most accomplished names, including the winningest Alpine skier of all time, two-time Olympic champion and eight-time world champion Mikaela Shiffrin. Shiffrin will spearhead the talent on the Alpine women’s A team and will be joined by three-time Olympic medalist Lindsey Vonn — who un-retired from the sport last winter.
The Alpine men’s A team will feature 2022 Olympic super-G silver medalist Ryan Cochran-Siegle, Edwards’ River Radamus and Bend, Oregon’s Tommy Ford.
Two Summit County products are included on the Alpine men’s C team in Stanley Buzek and Camden Palmquist. The two Team Summit products have been on the men’s C team for the last several seasons and will look to have standout performances this upcoming winter.
Alpine skiing fans will get the opportunity to cheer on U.S. athletes on home snow at the inaugural Stifel Copper Cup at Copper Mountain from Nov. 27-30. The event will feature both men’s and women’s races.
