DILLON – Kamila Taylor recently joined her established Dillon mortgage business with Cornerstone Mortgage Company, which expanded into Colorado this year with 16 offices and more than 70 loan officers.

Taylor, a home loan consultant, opened Cornerstone’s Dillon branch to serve all areas of Summit, Park and Eagle counties. With additional offices in Fort Collins, Denver and several other Colorado cities, Cornerstone’s expansion continues as more locations are expected to open throughout the state.

“Cornerstone provides me and other loan officers with the support and resources we need to focus on offering the best customer service possible to our clients,” Taylor said. “It’s this customer-focused business model that attracted me to the company. My clients’ needs and goals are my top priorities, and Cornerstone backs me up completely on that principle.”

Taylor began her career as an accountant for a title company, but was always drawn to the real estate side of the business. She transitioned to the escrow and closing department of her firm, and joined the mortgage industry in 2007.
