The Stifel Copper Cup presented by United Airlines will make its debut at Copper Mountain this fall.

Taking place from Thursday, Nov. 27, through Saturday, Nov. 30, the event will feature four days of men’s and women’s Alpine World Cup events, bringing top athletes from around the globe to race on high-Alpine terrain.

The Stifel Copper Cup serves as an important stop on the road to the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, giving fans the opportunity to experience Olympic-level racing up close.

In addition to the races, the Stifel Copper Cup will bring Center Village to life with a Festival Village. The vendor village will be open each day of the event with post-race celebrations and free live musical performances taking place on select days.

The rock band Dispatch will be the first group to take to the stage on Friday, Nov. 28. Formed in the late 1990s, the band has forged its own path outside the mainstream music industry, growing into one of the most successful independent acts in history. DJ Logic will open for Dispatch on Friday night.

On Saturday, Nov. 29, Young the Giant will headline the evening concert. With hits like “Cough Syrup” and “Mind Over Matter,” the American rock band has captured fans worldwide with their signature blend of infectious melodies, powerful vocals and dynamic live performances. G. Love will open for Young the Giant on Saturday.

In addition to the music, on Friday evening, racing fans can attend an award ceremony in the village for the top finishers of the men’s giant slalom event. Saturday evening will also feature the highly anticipated bib draw for Sunday’s women’s slalom race, where the top 15 competitors in the discipline take the stage to randomly select their starting numbers.

Never ask “What should we do this weekend?” again.

This long-standing tradition builds anticipation for the final day of competition. Friday and Saturday night will be capped off with fireworks shows in the village following the headline concerts.

Copper will offer $99 lift tickets throughout the event from Thursday, Nov. 27, through Sunday, Nov. 30. As part of its annual Play Forever Lift Ticket Giving program, a portion of each ticket sold will benefit the World Cup Dreams Foundation.

The World Cup Dreams Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports elite U.S. ski racing athletes by providing financial assistance, mentorship and career management to help them achieve their competitive goals.

Lift tickets must be purchased online in advance and can be picked up at kiosks in Center and East Village. Discounted tickets cannot be purchased day-of or at the ticket window. Purchase a $99 discounted lift ticket at CopperColorado.com
