The Colorado Department of Local Affairs, through its Division of Housing, announced on Monday, Nov. 3, the approval of over $46.5 million in funding from the State Housing Board (SHB) to create 716 housing opportunities across Colorado.

These 18 investments expand housing access through new rental developments, homeownership opportunities and down-payment assistance programs.

A housing project located at 101 West Main Street in Frisco was one of seven affordable rental communities. The project will receive $2 million in Housing Development Grant funds that will help build 52 affordable apartments for local workers and families.
