Parade of Homes winners announced
The Summit County Builders Association presented the awards for their Parade of Homes at a reception held at the Summit County Community/Senior Center Sept. 7. An estimated 160 people attended the awards reception which was sponsored by the Summit Association of Realtors.Each year the homes are grouped based on information provided. This year there were four groups for the 26 homes. One home in each grouping is awarded the Premier Award. The Premier Award winners are: Darrick Wade, Architect for 240 Two Cabins Drive in Silverthorne; Jordin Architecture for 541 Elk Circle in Keystone; Fazendin Brothers for 843 Highfield Trail in Breckenridge and Trilogy Partners for 265 Long Ridge Drive in Breckenridge.
Exterior Design & Elevation Grand Award were presented to Darrick Wade Architect, 240 Two Cabins Drive, Silverthorne; Jordin Architecture, 541 Elk Circle, Keystone; Lone Wolf Builders, 279 Two Cabins Drive, Silverthorne; and Entrada Design Group, 265 Long Ridge Drive, Breckenridge. The Summit Association of Realtors Realtors Choice Award was given to Mountain Log Homes, 0163 Four OClock Run Road, Breckenridge. The manager of Le Creuset awarded Dana & Linda Covert, 240 Two Cabins Drive, Silverthorne a set of cookware, valued at $1,000.The Parade of Homes continues this weekend, September 15 & 16. The homes are open to tour from 10 am to 5 pm. There is a $5 per person admission and is collected at selected homes. The Summit Foundation is the benefactor of 100% of the admission and lunch sales. Directional signs will assist in directing visitors to the homes, if a program is not available. The program is available to view on line at http://www.summitcountybuilders.org.
