On Friday, March 7, the town of Silverthorne hosted its annual First Friday Rail Jam event.
Over 100 athletes from across the county competed for cash prizes on a custom rail course located outside of the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center.
After a spirited competition, three athletes were crowned champions of their respective divisions.
Annabelle McCarthy won the women’s snowboard division, Aaron Hoffman won the men’s snowboard division and Tyrn Lifgren won men’s ski. There were no competitors in the women’s ski category this year.
